ART OF SKATING - Summer

The Art of Skating is more than just foot speed. At Scorer’s Edge our experienced instructors teach proper technique to improve speed and efficiency. Players can expect to build a solid foundation of skating basics while learning how apply them in game specific ways. The skating specific dryland sessions are designed to develop single leg strength and speed while providing high quality reps to support on-ice training.

Details: 8-week Program; Includes 45 minutes of dryland and 60 minutes of skating.

Thursday Invite (2012-2017): Thursdays 9:45-10:45 am On Ice and Dryland 8:45-9:30 am
Thursday Open (2013-2018):              Thursdays 12:30-1:15 pm Dryland and 1:30-2:30 pm On Ice
Friday Open (2013-2018):                   Fridays 10:45-11:30 am Dryland and 9:30-10:30 am On Ice 


*Off Ice is required as a part of the Art of Skating Curriculum. Please plan accordingly
